This is a sample agenda template and may be adjusted as necessary.

DAY 1

7:00am             Bus departure from visiting campus (arrival at host campus about 11am)
11:30am           Lunch
12:15pm          Welcome and Introductions (Symposia Co-Chairs)
12:30pm          Session 1 – Open to the entire campus and broadcast via live stream
3:00pm            Coffee break
3:30pm            Session 2 – Open to the entire campus and broadcast via live stream
5:30pm            Poster Session with Refreshments (beer/wine and light snacks)
7:00pm            Dinner

DAY 2

7:30am             Breakfast
8:30am             Session 3 – Open to the entire campus and broadcast via live stream
10:30am           Coffee Break
11:00am           Concurrent Breakout Session for at least three Working Groups (WG) and one WG for the trainees. 

• List goals and discussion questions and leaders for each WG.
• This is a closed session for participants of the Symposium only

12:45pm           Break
1:00- 2:30pm    Working Lunch with presentations/recommendations from individual WGs. This is a closed session for participants of the Symposium only

• 1:00pm            WG1 report/recommendations (~10’) and ensuing discussion (~20’)
• 1:30pm            WG2 report/recommendations and ensuing discussion
• 2:00pm            WG3 report/recommendations and ensuing discussion
• 2:30pm            Trainees WG report/recommendations and discussion            

3:00pm           Coffee Break
3:15pm           Consensus development for overall recommendations and action items from the Symposium. This is a closed session for participants of the Symposium only
4:15pm           Summary, Concluding Remarks, and Next Steps (Co-Chairs)
4:30pm           Meeting adjourned
5:00pm           Bus departure. Boxed meals provided for traveling guests only
